By accessing and using Green-Go Recycling's services, including but not limited to commercial scrap metal pickup, business recycling services, and warehouse cleanouts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Green-Go Recycling provides scrap metal recycling, commercial pickup services, e-waste processing, and B2B recycling solutions in Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, and surrounding areas in North County, California.

3. Materials Accepted

We accept various recyclable materials including scrap metal (aluminum, copper, brass, steel, stainless steel), electronics, and other materials as specified on our website. We reserve the right to refuse any materials that do not meet our acceptance criteria or pose safety hazards. We do NOT accept lithium-ion batteries.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for materials is based on current market rates and is subject to change. All materials are weighed on certified scales at our facility. Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material quality, contamination, or market conditions.

5. California CRV Program

For California CRV beverage containers, we follow California state regulations. Only containers marked with "CA CRV" or "CA CASH REFUND" are eligible for CRV refunds. We do not provide CRV refunds for wine or non-CRV containers.

6. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited: lithium-ion batteries, hazardous waste, radioactive materials, and any items that pose a safety or environmental risk. Violation of this policy may result in refusal of service and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Green-Go Recycling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green-Go Recycling, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
